Make some FUN diy gifts using laminated cotton fabric and these sewing patterns

FUN diy gifts using laminated cotton fabric

This first one is a paper pattern to make these absurdly cute insulated lunch / tote bags - Feel free to customize it with multiple prints - laminated flowers - trims.  It's designed by Serendipity Studios and has continually been a customer favorite.   HERE's the link to this pattern in my store.

Every new parent would enjoy a laminated cotton diaper bag and this one is especially helpful with all the pockets available inside. This bag could also be used as a tote to take to the pool or as an over night bag. This sewing pattern is beginner friendly and would be fun to personalize with zippers and trim too. It includes a bonus receiving blanket pattern - but I'd make a changing pad using a laminated cotton coordinate. HERE's the link to the pattern in the store.

I also restocked this super popular raincoat pattern by Amy Butler named Little Splashes. For all sizes of little girls, and all types of rainy days! Brighten a young girls outlook with fresh laminated prints (for the Raincoat) or home dec fabrics (for the Runabout). A lightweight lining and multiple style options with great finishes, these sweet jackets are the cure for dreary skies! HERE's the link.  Lining the inside with a coordinated cotton or flannel really seals the deal.

Activity Pillow for Special Needs children - the CPillow

A customer of mine sells these laminated cotton activity pillows on her facebook page HERE The CPillow was created with disabled kids in mind, by a mom of a little boy with Cerebral Palsy. The CPillow allows the kids to play independently with many different toys, attach a tablet, a communication device, or a hardcover book to it. Each CPillow is created by hand and made to order. She has a nice collection of laminated cotton available (or you can always convince her to choose a different print from my store ... just saying (insert smile here) Here's her facebook page should you like to order or find out more information. Thanks for the inspiration Bella!
